Romantic Morning.

  1. Hold hands and watch the sunrise together. Bring coffee, mimosas, eggs & sausage bites, and a blanket to cuddle or lay on.

Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain.

Combine 12 beaten eggs, a small chopped onion, and 4oz chopped chile peppers in a large bowl. Add sausage, salt, and pepper to taste; mix until well combined. Spoon 1/4 cup of sausage mixture into each of the prepared muffin cups. Bake in the preheated 350-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Hiking.

2. Enjoy the great outdoors and fresh air, and hike near your home. Watch your local birds, eagles, and hawks near open water or dams in your area. Walk along the river’s edge or a pond and bring some cracked corn to share with the geese and ducks for a memorable outing.
