9 days with no power, cold showers.
My sister called and told me to take cover. She was fifty miles west of my location, and a thunderstorm and a possible tornado were coming my way. I figured I had time to run outside to try to get the feral cats inside the garage. I grabbed the one I had tamed; he was easy but getting the momma cat and, babies were like trying to hold water in a sieve.
